The product came much faster than expected. It was VERY nicely packaged. The pouch that comes with it is very thick silk, but the box is so good you just want to keep it there. It's cold so you know the stone is real. It's very smooth and works very well. It has no violin. I love it and will order more as gifts. I love that the handle is heavy and you don't squeak with this one. After a few seconds my skin was plump and a little red which lets you know the roller is working! I can't wait to use it once it cools down
