I did not receive any free or discounted products for my review. I've always had dark circles under my eyes. I've tried pretty much every eye cream you can buy at the pharmacy and was never particularly impressed, so I just resigned myself to hoping that my under-eye circles wouldn't get much worse over time. However, this cream actually has a noticeable lightening effect on my under-eye circles (I definitely don't sleep anymore these days, so I have faith in the cream) and completely reduces the puffiness I get when I wake up. The cream leaves my skin silky but not shiny, it wears well under makeup, and even if I use it liberally morning and night, these jars will last for several months, so the higher price is perfectly acceptable for my student budget too .
