Review on πŸ–₯️ Asus VP239H-P Frameless 1080p Widescreen Monitor, Mountable, 61Hz, Touchscreen by Michael Ostler

Nice bright monitor

I bought a few of these to use in my home office. They are good and bright. I like the blue filter idea, it obviously darkens the screen a bit. But you get used to it after a while. Whether the blue filter really helps is hard to say. By placing the two screens as close together as possible, I got nearly an inch of black border from one screen to the other. (15/16 inches if you want it exactly) The bottom of the screen protrudes a bit, leaving a small gap between the two screens instead of touching across the entire side. It's slightly more if you tilt the screens towards the user. instead of being completely flat. It's still way better than the "bezel" monitors I replace. Even with two monitors, I noticed that one differs slightly in color from the other. When I place a double window with a white background on each monitor, one looks white and the other is colored orange. I went through all the settings and made sure everything was set exactly the same. I ended up moving the whiter monitor to where I usually do most of the work and the orange one to the right. If you are a graphic designer, you should be careful with this. This is annoying to me, but I've found myself switching windows to a whiter monitor more often than in the past. which in my opinion defeats the purpose of multiple monitors.
