our 1st Nespresso - didn't know what to expect. Installation was easy on this model. You must have the power cord plugged in and the kettle turned on to open the lid and insert the capsule. This is also great, because after the cup is prepared, the machine throws it into the rear "garbage" compartment. I read other reviews about coffee sharpness - for me for a cup I thought it was fine. After that I didn't have to heat the cup. I think if you have maybe 3-4 people and everyone has a cup to sit and chat with, you might want to microwave all the cups, but other than that the temp was good. It has a dropper post after the cup is ready, but then again, unless you stand right there to grab the cup once it's ready, you won't notice. It sucks up some water, there can be about 2-3 cups in the tank. If you're a bottled water drinker, expect to use up a gallon quickly. it is programmed to recognize the size of the capsule. I didn't place the pod and press the start button, water kept pouring into my cup - I had to quickly switch cups to avoid spilling. so - maybe good for cleaning? just install the pod lol the price of the pod seemed high initially but if you are 1-2 people a day the pods last at least 1-1.5 months depending on the quantity you buy so the prices per piece in a good range lying cup. I think he definitely fights Keurig and beats him if you want more than just a cup of coffee. We'll be using this for a while and maybe switching to a bigger/better version to handle more brows.
