For years I thought I had arthritis in my right wrist. When I wrapped it in foam I found that the pain was due to the sustained pressure on the cold, hard table. Other wrist pads were uncomfortable. This is non-slip. In addition, it offers an excellent surface for the mouse. It gets dirty over time. Then the mouse doesn't slide so constantly on the mat, but the mat slides on the table. A little old-fashioned washing soda in the water does a good job of removing dirt. I'm glad they sent two so I didn't have to wait for the pad to dry. My wrist could be on any one of them for 1500 hours. The only change I see is everyone's memory foam saddle due to the weight on my wrist. It's good. It helps me to place my wrist in the same place every time.
