Many of today's bucket car seats are unpadded for the comfort of yore and feel like you're driving over rocks. Also, as we age, we need more padding and support. I have a 2014 Dodge Charger SXT that has better seats than the new Chargers, but it's not as good as my stock late 2004 Chrysler 300M leather seats. The Conformax Gel Car Seat Cushion Combo Kit adds padding to improve this . I first bought the seat cushions and back cushions separately. only for the driver's seat. Then I discovered that I could buy a second place combo at a good discount. I like the stock L18 back fabric in warm weather, but I would look at the newer 'Air Max' which has an open fabric for a future car purchase to heat up faster as the gel pads seem to stay cool in colder weather (the is mine) . only complaint). However, these airbags fit the seats fairly well and don't interfere with the side airbags. They are easily removed for the winter when heavy winter coats are required and seat heaters are used.
