two days after the return period expired a month. The buttons on the remote started to stick, and now the control panel is constantly sticking, usually in the up direction, making it virtually unusable. Really surprised how much I like it. The air mouse works well, the touchpad is responsive and the keyboard is good once you get used to it. I don't understand people complaining about the backlight resetting. It stays the color you set until you charge it. Then just set them back to the color you want. The quirks are the keyboard layout, but you can get used to that. , even if you flip it, it changes the function from remote control to touchpad/keyboard. This is to prevent the touch panel from responding when using the remote control. But rotating it a bit vertically disables the keyboard, so I've learned to use it by typing with my fingertips while holding it horizontally, rather than using it with my thumbs like a cellphone. Great product for this price. definitely recommend. (I'm using a Kodi box for PC so no TV features required, I didn't even bother setting it up. Volume, play/pause etc all work fine with the Windows plug and play drivers.)
