ordered 3 sets. While the 4 chairs were great the other 2 arrived without hardware.Once everything was assembled the chairs were very light but felt solid and comfortable.The pair of chairs that failed quality control arrived brand new in the box but were missing all the parts (screws, bolts, wrenches etc.) which made it totally impossible to attach the backrest to the main seats.We tried to contact the manufacturer through their website but you did it to create an account to to send a message; so we tried using their "Live About Online Support" instead but got an error message lt that they cannot help at the moment. We are a military family stationed in another country. So paying for international phone calls to contact support is usually our last resort, but we ended up going that route. After calling and contacting a representative, we were instructed to email them our mailing address along with a screenshot of Revain's order confirmation. and the missing items will be sent to us. We haven't received the hardware components in the mail yet, but we promise to update my review/rating as soon as (or if) the components ever arrive.
