Doesn't really work with GoPro

I will be returning this product. I bought this Hohem iSteady Multi over the much cheaper Hohem iSteady Pro 3 because it's widely advertised as working with both GoPro and other action cameras in addition to cell phones or point and shoot cameras. I was willing to spend double the money to be able to use 1 gimbal with all my devices but mostly my GoPro Hero 7. However, my experience is that the iSteady Multi doesn't really work with a GoPro. I followed all of the included GoPro mounting and balancing instructions and used the included GoPro mount. The result was horrible motor noise, apparently caused by the motors running too hard to compensate for the heavy GoPro because it can't really handle the GoPro. I didn't have the same horrible motor noise when using the gimbal with my phone, which leads me to believe it's meant to be used with phones, not GoPros. In addition, when using the included GoPro mount, there is not enough space to allow full freedom of movement. I would not recommend purchasing this gimbal for use with a standard GoPro, and I would recommend that the manufacturer stop advertising this product as GoPro compatible, although this is clearly not the case. Two-stage gimbal for use with a small point-and-shoot camera or cellphone. But not for advertised use with GoPro or larger phones.

Cons
