I wanted to like these shades but, having given them a few tries, they are a waste of money. Installation is hard. It's difficult to keep them in place when trying to close the door because the elastic at the bottom makes them keep sliding upward. They are too big for my Corolla's rear windows, so there is lots of mesh just hanging down. I arranged it so that the mesh would hang inside the car in order to keep it from flapping in the wind. They do effectively dim the sunlight for riders in the back seat however because it is two layers of mesh fabric it blocks the driver's view out the side when trying to change lanes, etc. Do not buy these.
