The hat fits perfectly - not too tight, does not get lost when running or blown in the wind. The brim size is exactly what I wanted to provide more coverage than regular baseball caps without sacrificing vision. I gave this one 4 stars not 5 because the fabric is a coarse woven canvas and I would have liked a finer fabric and/or a softer fabric and also the colors are dull and not particularly flattering. (Why not blue, green, yellow, grey, etc.?) The tan color is a warm (yellowish) beige, not the preferred "cool" beige, but it's at least functional for sun protection.
