Very cute skirt: Capes
I am 148.5ft 4in tall. First I ordered a big one, and then it turned out to be too big. I sent this back and ordered the small/medium and when I figured out how to actually roll it up (through the hole) the small was a bit tight. All in all, the skirt is really cute.
