I leave this review here as opposed to "packaging" - or "seller" -Reviews like me I didn't feel these were the most relevant sections And I know that bad seller ratings have a direct impact on seller reputations My reviews relate to the product and the bottle it comes in. I have the more expensive C&E Ferulic (SkinCetuicals & SCC (I used to give a tingling effect so I have to go) but after a few uses I realized that if you leave it on and don't apply anything until it's 100% absorbed." Haven't had a full bottle of this brand yet and I'm not entirely sure how I feel about it yet nke. Although I have a feeling that other brands' bottle packaging was better than this one. I bought 2 bottles of Timeless Skin Care CEF because I live in Miami and the sun is everywhere. I also use it on my décolleté, it's faster for me. My disappointment came when the first bottle I used somehow unscrewed while standing on the counter, allowing unwanted air into the bottle. I tried to tighten it as best as I could, but the next day when I went to use it, the bottle cap somehow came loose. Last week I went on a cruise and I knew I couldn't carry a non-resealable bottle in my luggage so I decided to take a second unopened bottle with me in the hope that the bottle was a single defect and that one should be properly closed be. We are approaching day three of the cruise and I return from the beach, shower and get my bottle of TSC and boom. It's barely screwed on top. So now I have 2 open bottles that don't stay sealed and thereby retain their potency. It also means I couldn't rate the product accurately and probably won't buy it again to avoid the risk of losing another bottle due to poor bottle/cap quality. I had very high expectations for this, not only because of the price, it has the same absorbing qualities as SkinCeuticals and finding products that compare to theirs is not an easy task! Has anyone else had this problem with a bottle cap?
