Despite my initial skepticism about this product, I ordered this because I had nothing to lose. After a few months of use, I'm glad I bought it. Here's a backlit wireless keyboard and mouse for around $34 (at the time of purchase). There is no comparable product in this price range. If you want more from a backlit wireless keyboard and mouse combo, you'll need to spend more. You can pay less than $34.00 but end up getting a lot less bang for your buck. The product has a few flaws but its overall value is still great. Product strengths: battery. No more buying and throwing away disposable batteries. USB powered. Plug in the attached USB cables when you don't need a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. backlight. Print in low light or no light. Modern appearance. Product flaws: The USB charging port is poorly designed. I consider this to be the biggest shortcoming of the product, because as soon as the keyboard and/or mouse can no longer be charged, the devices become unusable. My keyboard and mouse connections failed in a relatively short time. The replacement keyboard came with a faulty charging connector. The blue keyboard backlight is uneven in some areas of the keyboard. The backlight only goes out after a 10-minute pause. Timeout activation time is not adjustable. The wireless mouse works well, but it's not a high quality ergonomic mouse. Normal keys. This is not a silent keyboard. Update: When the wireless mouse's USB port failed after less than 5 months, I contacted the seller for warranty information. The seller's response was nothing short of commendable. The seller not only provided me with a replacement mouse in a timely manner, but also sent me a complete set with a keyboard and a free mouse pad. This is the kind of excellent customer service that is very rare these days. I was very impressed at first, but the charging port on the replacement keyboard was defective upon arrival. My originally purchased keyboard's charging port failed in less than six months. Downgraded to three stars when seller refused to repair or replace defective item.
