#1 My phone doesn't charge fast - it takes hours to charge. The intelligent charge indicator made me feel like it's charging quickly. #2 It doesn't complete my battery charge. For some reason, batteries (especially the Ubiolabs sold by Costco) seem to take forever to charge. All other chargers stop the charging indicator in the battery when it is fully charged. #3 This is the most serious mistake. I bought it for travel (including international travel). The power button is disabled during a momentary power failure. This is a painful thing. You charged your phone overnight and the next morning you find out that the phone is not charged because it turned off due to a brief power outage during the night. Because of these shortcomings, I cannot recommend this product. I'm thinking of returning it. I hope I didn't mess up the original packaging.
