Not like the picture.

They don't have a rounded flat part inside, so it's impossible to grab them without piercing the inside of the nose. They are a simple metal ring with no pad in the nose. This is more for someone with a real piercing that is meant to be pinched. I like the size and they seem to be of good quality but they are not the same as in the picture.
