11/19/2020 - Edited - The new toner cartridge they sent works fine and the output is much better. However, the original toner cartridge supplied was probably defective, which explains the rapid consumption of the ink. I would recommend this toner and the customer service is top notch! Edit: Greenski contacted me about the initial review. I have to say that their customer service was impeccable. They offered a refund as the product didn't meet my expectations but I was willing to try again. Instead of a refund, I opted for an extra set of their toner cartridges. This came after Greensky explained that the original cartridge they received might have been defective. I have a new cartridge and will test it to make sure the output is much better than the original cartridges I received. I've added two more stars because of the excellent customer service. As soon as I have enough time and printed pages I'll report back with the final verdict. Although this product may seem good at first glance, it isn't! The ink runs out very quickly. About 90 pages became blank after printing. Run away from this manufacturer and don't waste your money on this seller.
