Efficient Electronics

I bought these to carry with contact information when I work on my phone and computer. I used to have headaches and fatigue without glasses, but now it's not a problem. I was skeptical but really noticed the difference. There may be better glasses out there but for the price they are perfect. There is a slight tint when applied, but I think it's a protective tint. This may sound uncomfortable, but I don't mind as it prevents the symptoms of blue light exposure.
