I have combination skin with a very oily t-zone, this toner calms my skin very well and is very easy to hydrate my skin where I need it without increasing sebum production. I would say this is a great option for those who already have reasonably clear skin but struggle with mild dryness. The best thing about this tonic is the packaging. That's great. The bottle looks like a work of art in my bathroom. It looks like glass and really adds class to an otherwise boring product. The bottle is a pump design that is stored with the pump at the bottom of the bottle. It's easy to use, although the pump head is smaller if you have very large hands. I apply this product with cotton swabs and it usually takes about 3 pumps from the bottle to saturate each swab. The only thing to note is that it seems possible to destroy it. This particular bottle with its unique design is easier to drop than most as the bottle is crooked without the cap. Just a note of caution. Overall I think this is a great toner that has the added benefit of being beautiful.
