When I assembled the first box I was convinced I must have done something wrong in moving the folded flat areas around like this became the bottom layer, this bottom layer lacked the triangular shape. But all eight boxes had a missing triangular piece, about seven inches long and five inches high, only about a tenth of the bottom layer. There is another layer of cardboard that is placed on top of the bottom layer. When the box is assembled you cannot see the missing triangle unless you look at the bottom layer. Everything else went as planned when assembling the boxes and I couldn't do anything differently. Strange. But the main reason I despise these boxes is because in my book they are "large" rather than "medium". Therefore, they are only suitable for packing the lightest items, such as B. a large ceiling. Even if I fill them with regular men's clothing, they are too heavy for me to carry. I can use one or two of these. The rest will probably go to the recyclers a few weeks after I've finished packing my stuff. Everyone loves these boxes and how sturdy they are. Well they can be strong but I was looking for a box that could be carried by one person and if filled with normal household items one of these boxes would need two people or MAYBE one person with a good handcart.
