This is a great pillow. Get a ruler so you can compare the measurements to your current pillow as it is about half the size. This is a hard pillow. If you're looking for something soft, keep looking. It is intended for people with neck problems such as occipital neuralgia. If you need a cushion to ride on, keep looking. This is to keep the head and neck in a normal relaxed position, i.e. supine. It's almost impossible to sleep on your side on this pillow. It will also take about a week to get used to this pillow as you are not used to sleeping in a natural position or on anything so firm.
