This dress was comfortable out of the box and was even softer (if possible) after washing. Before washing, the sleeves were too long and the dress itself was almost too long (I'm 5ft 6in). After a single cold water wash and tumble dry low, the shrinkage was sufficient to bring the sleeves down to the perfect length for my long arms, the hem just right, while the body retained its slim but noncommittal width to my pear I wear it to lounge and sleep and I love it so much I added the gray to the blue I originally bought.
