I often wanted to mediate and wanted to create a special place for it, so I decided on this carpet. It's big enough for both of me (4' 11). ") and my SO (6ft 0") and we can comfortably spend 5 to 30 minutes on it with no pain in our butts or legs. Having just received it it's hard to say how long it will last , but the fabric feels strong - the cushions may need a fluff every now and then Anyway I think this is a long needed item to continue the mediation more consistently I'm glad I bought it!
