I have been wanting to get new hangers for a while. My closet (and my children's closets) mostly consisted of some metal hangers (I don't even know where I originally got them from?!) and the cheap plastic hangers that come from the store in different sizes and shapes. The fuzzy part of the hanger does a great job keeping various types and widths of fabric in place. I have tried these hangers on wide neck shirts, silky material, and tank tops, all which have a habit of not staying on a hanger, with complete success. The fuzzy part of the hanger so far has not rubbed off on any fabric and they seem durable enough for a variety of weight. I don't know that I would put a really heavy winter coat on one of these hangers because they are relatively thin but it holds up to normal attire.
