The support is good but I figured out how to package it myself.
The support is good but it took some practice to figure out how to wrap it. There are two sets of velcro to go through. Some people may have trouble putting it on by themselves. It's also wide, so it stands out a bit. Although I like it. Does the job, comfortably.
