Let me first say that this bag is very attractive. It's also very big and heavy and I wouldn't mind if it was functional. Unfortunately, the bag has serious design flaws that really limit the amount of stuff you can pack in. The leather of this bag is very robust - it is not suitable at all - and the opening is too narrow. Even if I push the hole all the way in, I have to push my hand in. The laptop fits, but barely, and besides, I can't carry anything. Without a laptop, I can carry a file folder about halfway. The front pocket has the same problem - it doesn't open wide enough to be usable. In case you're wondering, I'm a young woman with very skinny arms, so the problem isn't me, it's the bag. I'm returning this item because I can't justify carrying such a large and heavy bag if it doesn't perform the way I want it to.
