The helmet itself is fine but the product was wrong from the start as the description said the suspension swings with a ratchet. Not true . I issued a refund on this basis and was never able to ship it so gifted it to a colleague. He loves it, but then again, he didn't pay $95 for it. The suspension that came with it was simple, no ratchet and no twist, and that was what made the difference for me. Another thing to consider is the SIZE. I thought helmets are helmets and the shells are the same, but not in this case. What they were selling was average and when I tried it it looked small so be careful on that level too. It fits my colleague well, but then again he wears a fitted 7 ¼ inch hat and I need a large hat size. Good luck and try it on somewhere before you buy if possible and if they send you the wrong pendant, DON'T hesitate to point it out!
