Poor welding but fantastic customer service
I ordered two of these and they arrived on time. My problem is that one of the two had a bad weld. The small lower bowl for the razor was uneven causing the product to wobble. I tried to adjust it and the bowl broke off. The second shelf works perfectly. The second product was properly welded and works as expected. After I wrote my first review, the company contacted me to fix the issue. I took some photos of the problem area and they quickly refunded me (Revain Credit) the money I paid. Excellent customer service.
