Review on OTACI Rose Passion Brow Serum by Brittany Stewart

Whether I use this product correctly or not, my lashes are thicker in four weeks. OTACI Rose Passion Brow and Lash Serum seems to be working on my lashes. I think next time I'll try on the eyebrows - there's enough left. The instructions say not to apply to the lashes but to the skin or eyelid. This is quite difficult since the product is very thin. The product doesn't redden or itch the eyes which is great, I was very worried about that. If I get noticeable growth in my sparse eyebrows I will update.
