I bought 11 of these Christmas gift coasters for my co-worker this year. Spent most of Saturday putting them together. You look AMAZING! It takes some time to find the optimal position of the plugs you have. I had 3 buckets of corks so I need to sort them by size first. I found two separate circuits that worked great with different size corks. Feel free to cut off pieces from each end to keep the name on the cork and make it fit. The only downside was that there wasn't enough wood glue for the entire project. Save yourself the headache and buy a tube of Elmer's wood glue. It works perfectly and you can really crank them. Made 11 boards and one 3'x3' board in about 4-5 hours after sorting all the corks. Have fun with it.
