Either the sizes don't match or other reviewers have bigger fingers. I bought them to use on my index and pinky fingers while working on the computer - I was expecting them to be too big for my pinky (although I was encouraged by reviewers who said they were small fall out), but they were too big / fit very freely. on all fingers except the thumb (again, it wasn't tight at all). I have a size 7 ring on my index finger, which is pretty standard for women. There is also a seam running down the inside of the sleeve, which is very inconvenient - you can turn the sleeve inside out so the seam is on the outside, but that loosens it up, which may be useful for some, but not for me . While the title says "Finger Rest" the description later says "Thumb Rest" leading me to believe it's made for thumbs only. That's why it doesn't fit my fingers at all, but if it does then the title needs updating. While the material itself is comfortable, I also found it too thick for comfortable use with a computer mouse, although this didn't affect my click in any way.
