This new Chi machine has a smaller profile and a much more modern design than my old Qi machine. Unpacking was easy and no installation was required. After watching the tutorial video I went racing. In the first session I experimented with variable speeds while staying at the low end. In my third session, I increased the speed to 8 and 9. It works for 10 minutes and stops automatically. I felt a strong sense of relaxation as soon as I surrendered to the rhythmic flow. Back and forth. I look forward to adding this to my skincare routine!
