The ability to automate things is what I like best about eCom growers! You never know which way they are going to go, but it's been very easy for me to work along side them during this process of automation. There was one glitch where some emails were not being sent out because their IP address did not match up correctly (my fault), however, the team has been extremely quick and responsive when addressing my needs. We have seen an immediate increase in sales. Most importantly though for us is having confidence in knowing that our customers receive an amazing experience each time they interact with us via social media or through any other channel as well as receiving our weekly newsletters.
