The Fuji X100F is a great camera. I had X100S and X100T. In my opinion, this camera is the best of the X100 series. Focusing is quick and even. Image quality tops the charts at 24MP resolution, which is a significant improvement over the X100T. The digital zoom feature comes in handy at times and is like having another camera around your neck when you need it; another nice upgrade from the X100T. The face detection is very reliable and the joystick is an ingenious addition to this camera for quickly adjusting the focus point when composing. Possibly the best camera ever invented for photographing people. Fuji has some of the best skin tones of any color system, and the fill flash delivers just the right amount of light to erase shadows while making subjects look great. The aperture ring is 1/3 aperture adjustable. ISO can be set using the front dial, eliminating the need for the ISO dial on top of the camera, which is a good thing as it's not very useful initially. Since purchasing this camera I have practically stopped using an interchangeable lens camera. This camera does everything, even on vacation. Light weight and beautiful appearance are unmatched. I'd say the X100F is a big upgrade over the X100S; I would buy X100F instead of X100S every time. The X100F is a nice upgrade over the X100T, but not a runaway upgrade. In the long term, I think the X100F is a more feature-rich, more flexible, higher-resolution camera than the X100T.
