Couldn't open the clasp.
I really liked the look of this bracelet. I could not open the clasp despite following the instructions provided many times. I don't have strong hands; Someone with stronger hands might not have a problem. Also, the bracelet is not suitable for large wrists as it is small. I have thin wrists and a bracelet seems to fit perfectly. I bought one as a gift for someone with thick wrists and am returning both. I don't think it will suit her.
