Edited: While I still don't understand how it fell off, I have to say that Koehler's customer service is excellent. After sharing photos of both the destroyed device and the brackets and clips on the wall that are still intact, they replace the device. I'm excited! But I'm also looking for solutions to strengthen the attachment of this block. I can't drop it again.—————— I am very disappointed with this item. It fell to the ground less than a week after installation. Not much can be saved. This is really a disappointment and one more thing to add to my terrible week. I have installed many things over the years and have never had any problems. There has to be a better solution than two small brackets attaching the cabinet to the wall at the top. A lot of time and money wasted. I'm a little heartbroken.
