I bought it because I missed my kitten. She died at the age of 15. It was striped and it looked like her. The level of detail is outstanding. Around the snout and nose is a light shade of apricot that very accurately reproduces my kitten's color. Wool has texture. It's good. I had trouble buying other items because when I looked into the eyes they weren't my kitty. If you have a kitten, you will understand. However, this 18 x 18 pillow is too big. Perhaps the kitten should be reduced to 8 or 10 pounds. Currently the kitten's size is 25-30 pounds. So yes, it is a very fat cat. I don't want a giant kitty on my pillow, just a little kitty that should be there. Just a little shitty kitty that used to be mine. i miss you I miss you very much.
