Adhesive on both sides

I wanted silicone gaskets for their rulers. I don't see any silicone in it. I removed a layer to apply to the rulers. I noticed that the part facing down also had paper on it, so I took it off and it got sticky. Not what I wanted. Not recommended for lines. Maybe it's good to stick with something you don't want to move.
