The best tonic! on skin care
First time using toner. Little did I know it was actually a necessity in your skin care routine. After cleansing, I go over my face with a cotton swab and a smudge of toner. This brings your skin to the correct pH level for your serums, oils and moisturizers to be properly absorbed. This Olivarrier was recommended by a friend and I love it.
