Broke after 3 days and ruined my diving month

I bought this product for snorkeling in Malta and Greece. I was able to use it with my girlfriend for 3 days and I got some good shots until it stopped working. The camera shutter goes off and does not press the button hard enough to take a photo. The company is very difficult to find or contact and even more difficult as I have a 9 digit European number which I cannot call Revain. We planned to have a camera for each of our locations and we planned our entire trip around it. I found it very disappointing that the product stopped working after only 3 days. After diving into the beautiful waters, I realized that an hour and a half drive around the island was in vain. I am writing this review extremely frustrated and angry with the product as I am at the beach looking at photos I could have taken of this once in a lifetime moment.
