That's all that was advertised. They are true to size, mostly comfortable although a little difficult to zip up. They're more comfortable with thicker socks, but then it's really hard to zip up! They're made out of "plastic" rather than leather and you'll feel the difference rather than see it as they look really good. They are more than enough for short walks or work. UPDATE: I've had them for exactly a year now and they have fallen apart. I only use them for riding and short walks with the dogs - about 15 minutes in the mornings IN SUMMER - and we have long winters. So I'd say they've been used for maybe 6 months in total - and I haven't ridden much, maybe a few times a month. Don't buy if you want something to last. I bought the Dublin Driven genuine leather boots and they are amazing. Try to find it on sale.
