I have a 6 year old who hasn't figured out the finesse yet. As this was our first major investment in a tablet for our family, we were looking for a case that met our criteria. 1) It must fully protect the tablet from bumping on the kitchen table, counter, falling, etc. 2) Our 6 year old hands and our adult hands must be able to hold the device comfortably. 3) Extend the life of the tablet so we can get the most out of this investment. This case has some of the thickest rubber bumpers on the outside I've seen. I have no doubt that this will protect the tablet when it eventually falls to the ground. The back strap adapts to our hands thanks to the quick adjustment of the Velcro. Our 6 year old easily adjusts it to fit his little hands on his own. The best part is that the twist can be held at any angle, making it easy for any person to adapt it to their life. The screen is clear. Pen and fingers work just as well thanks to the protective film. I'm glad I bought it and recommend it.
