I like that it is easy to use, has many features available such us live chat with agents or customers in real time through video calls so you never miss an important call again! It also allows me manage my appointments easily by adding them into calendar view which saves lots of paper work too!! There are some things about this software i dislike but nothing major just minor issues here n there not really worth mentioning at all. Great product if your looking out having great customer service experience then definitely go ahead get knowloker its amazing. ! Highly recommended especially when using online appointment scheduling services they have excellent support from their staff who always help resolve any problems quickly & efficiently without hassle. !!
