The nickel-plated finish and beautiful mirror are perfect for non-bathrooms.
The nickel plated finish and classic style with beaded base looks elegant and fits on a wooden vanity in the bedroom. The scale is small but it was beneficial on my desk. There is no problem seeing the whole face in a 6 inch mirror and the quality of the optics at 10x is just excellent, which to my knowledge is not necessarily the case with a smaller mirror. Since I don't have perfect eyesight, I liked the 10x (vs. 5x, which also seems to be common) magnification. The stability is okay in view of the rather small footprint. I don't normally write reviews but wanted to recommend this product.
