I'm 6ft 0in, 225lbs and I wear XL - larger than typical US sizing but basically fitted my sizing based on the size chart but the legs fit B , there isn't much elastic in the waistband, but that suits me. I really like the weight - warmer than athletic jogging pants but not hot like fleece. And the material is also quite elastic. The downside is now the seams. I bought them to find a pant I could wear in a single layer for runs in 20-40F, which is typical in Pennsylvania winters, but the panel seams around the knees chafed my skin while running. or walking, which is very annoying. Will still be using them for the colder side of those runs with running tights underneath, just a disappointment I thought I found my 1 layer but still need 2.
