So, I got to use this device twice before it literally snapped in half while trying to load my iPad onto it. And to top it off, I've been back and forth with the seller about getting a new part that broke. The sellers first response to my email was "no problem, it's still under warranty!". So they ask me for pictures. I send them. They say we'll be sending a new part out but we need one more picture of the back of the unit. So, I send the last picture. They have since ignored my emails over the last month. I've repeatedly sent them reminder emails stating I sent all requested information, pictures of unit, name, address and proof of purchase via ebay. Nothing. Complete silence. So I guess my money is wasted and the seller is a liar when it comes to the warranty of this tablet holder.
