It doesn't have a pair/reset button, so it can't PAIR with device
. All three are missing a key feature, a button located in the battery compartment called the reset or pairing button, without which it's impossible to connect to the Roku TV. When you navigate to Settings on your Roku TV (using the phone app or the old remote), then Devices, then REMOTES and select to pair/add a new remote, you will be prompted to open the battery door and enter the reset button to press button. There are no other options because there is no other way out.
