My husband does repairs himself and I'm tired of seeing him using other things to poke needles through stuff (like scissors, TV remote, table, cutlery, etc.). Etc.) .). When asked "what and why?" he says the thimbles don't fit his fingers. After searching, this was the only adjustable thimble I could find that looked sturdy. When I received this, my hopes were met with a pleasant surprise. It's easily adjustable and, more importantly, it's durable, or better yet, "husband-proof". I no longer have to worry about dimples and indentations on TV remotes, tables, cutlery, etc. The uniqueness of this device lies in the "halo” at the top of the thimble, which allows for better use of smaller or complex needles. The brass design is durable and easy to adjust. The price is an absolute bargain and the delivery was quick. I would like to give more stars here.
