Excellent customer service and I am very happy with the seat covers. I saw in a previous review that the seller made white trim for the buyer so I tried my luck and messaged the seller. Not only have they been a solid help, but I ordered the wrong item and they were kind enough to point this out to me straight away so I could cancel the order and change to the correct item. A few things to note: - The quality of the seats is fantastic. My husband calls the seat covers "AutoZone Decor" and was very taken with these bad guys - wrinkles don't matter much, don't worry. They usually smooth out on their own after a few days. If you still have wrinkles, use a blow dryer to smooth them out. Loved this feature - it takes a while to install on the seats but once you do they should fit like a glove. If you have bulky spots, you haven't done it right. Because of this I had to redo some seats (2017 Civic with a 60/40 split bench seat). For the bottom of the rear seat, you need to remove it to buckle the cover all the way around. I need an extra person for that. There are two clips under the front edge that release it and a screw on the back edge where the car seat attaches. Yes, shipping takes a while (mine took about a month) but it's worth the wait.
