All 6 bulbs are packed in one box. Each individual lamp was in a sealed plastic envelope. All 6 lights work. Got 3 yellowish lights and 3 white lights. Headlights are not marked so must be tested first. I mainly use them to light the way for my son (3 years old) at night. It's bright enough to show the way correctly. The device is very simple: 1 photocell and 2 LEDs. It is important that the sensor is at the top and the LEDs are pointing downwards. The shape of the light ensures good reflection. I would not install these lamps in my bedroom as I find them too bright. But they are great for setting up on a walkway at home. Waking up will not hurt your eyes. I really only needed 3 lamps. The rest is extra. I think white must be too harsh for sleepy eyes. For example, I would leave them to light the path near your kitchen. I couldn't measure the power with a cheap device, so I believe they should work below 1W. The cost of this should be less than $1 per year on your electric bill. Nothing to worry about. I have received them for 3 days. And still works fine. Some light sources are more sensitive than others. Light intensity can vary depending on how much light needs to hit the sensor. It's not a true on/off switch, more like a variable resistor (hence a simple electronic circuit). Some people have broken headlights. All 5 work perfectly. I really recommend asking for an exchange if one or more are broken despite the low cost. Happy with this purchase. I recommend this if your usage is the same as mine. Not for a night light in the bedroom. Too bright.
